    for me to follow a long with out having to make major changes. I have to
    make a few minor one but not many. I may not look as good as they do when I
    do it but it’s the effort that counts, lol.

  4. This really works for me. Steps are easy to understand and follow. I
    sweated a lot and if you will really follow the step, it feels really good.
    I just started exercising today and I will now do this everyday. Ill come
    back here and update you guys after a week.

  5. Ok so I finally tried this today. I wore a Fitbit and for people wondering,
    it burned 309 calories. Not that I could perfectly keep up with the last
    dance, but I was always moving. Will wear a Polar ft4 heart strap monitor
    (which I think is more accurate) and report the calories burn. But I think
    that’s pretty good for 29 minutes, no?

      was really eagerly waiting to know this. I tried it daily from one month
      and i lost 2 inches from my waist and upper back. It works for belly & hand
      too. I lost 8 pound . Its seem like very easy but its tough to finish 29
      min . But if you can complete it same as video .. it will be great. I love
      this video.

  6. This dance routine is just awesome! A few days ago, i saw this & thought
    that i wouldn’t be able to do this. But after trying for a few days,
    finally today, i went through the whole thing and was able to follow each
    and every step ^_^ And the feeling which you get after finishing this
    workout dance…… pure bliss 🙂 And i sweat a lot😂😂 BUT IT DOES WORK !

      find now … I did that often and I once did it to the point I was sweating
      and I ate healthy and drank water and had a lot of fruits and I lost 7
      kilos …. now I will try this 🙂
