  1. Suggestion: Carefully read honey label when purchasing. Look for “100%
    pure” and “unpasteurized.” If possible buy pure honey from your local
    regions.
    If label only says “honey,” it might have fillers like some kind of syrups
    and who knows what else. I avoid buying any food products whatsoever
    including canned goods from China because of dreadful pollution and no
    quality control standards in that country.

  2. Both apple cider and lemon alkalize the body…which is really what is
    beneficial to your body. BUT if you and honey you cancel out all the
    benefits, because ANY sugars – even natural ones – are very acidic to the
    body. Honey is actually no different in the body than sugar is aside from
    the fact that it is not processed (if the honey is raw – pasteurized honey
    has lost the natural benefits) bottom line is Sugar, is SUGAR, is SUGAR.
    Honey is just sugar in a more natural form.

  3. Along with it suppressing your appetite, it also slows the absorption of
    calories into your body. So I suggest drinking it before your meal, instead
    of after. That way if you are eating a high carb meal, your body won’t take
    in as many calories, as if you drank it afterwards. You’ll see much faster
    results. 

    1. ACV is only acidic when you drunk it. Once it hits your stomach, it
      balances everything in it. It balances your body’s pH level. Also, drinking
      it on an empty stomach would be best because it can do is job without
      having to react with other enzymes in your stomach. Hope that helps.

  4. Its a great drink and if kept up, it does work. It also helps not to eat
    post 8pm. Doesn’t require a diet either. Just change the times one eats
    and don’t binge but on one day a week and cut the carbs – breads, potatoes
    etc.

  5. I have to tell you that if you do this 30 mins before bed and 30 mins
    before breakfast you’ll get the best results. I lost 14 lbs doing it that
    way in 11 days. this concoction is great!!!

  6. Would you recommend making individual drinks ahead of time for the day?
    That way I could just grab a bottle of it and go? If so, would it need to
    be refrigerated and/or heated back up? Thanks in advance!

    1. Yes I do recommend making it in advance but at that point I will drink it
      cold. When I want it warm I drink it at that time.

  7. I found a different recipe:
    – 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

    – 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

    – 1 tablespoon of honey

    – 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

    – 150 ml of water
    It has the same stuff in it then in your drink but I only take one
    tablespoon each morning before breakfast and the rest goes in the fridge.
    I’ve been using this for two week and I can see a difference and feel it
    to. But my weight stays the same . I feel less bloated and more energized.
    But I wanna lose weight. Should I keep going or would you recommend your
    recipe????
