  1. Ok this was a waste. This is not a complete video. I went bac over it and
    only 2 stretches of 5 are shown. Then a pre workout for cardio day and
    nothing else. Then Blue day has one exercise . When he is on yellow day he
    says this is exercise 2 and he didn’t show exercise 1. Forget it this is a
    mess!!! I need a very scripted exercise program for the gym!!!!

  2. I’m confused. So we only work out 2 days a week for 8 weeks? and only 2
    exercises each day? I mean I’m ok with that but I want to make sure I’m
    understanding correctly.

    1. No. I just depends on you and your goals. Some people may only have to work
      out 2 or 3 days and others 5 or so. I recommend at the very least 3.

  3. Ok so say im going to the gym tomorrow, where do I fo my stretches? In the
    mat area or just holding onto a random piece of machineary? Thanks

  4. I’m a beginner I can’t do squats I have bad knees and back so can you
    substitute for the exercise doing the squats
