  5. Just a quick update. I’ve been doing this for nearly a month now, and I’ve
    been doing it on a daily basis. Last Friday I went to a meeting in a room
    with plush carpets. These are universally reviled by wheelchair users as
    they create a real drag on the wheels. I was able, for the first time, to
    push myself around on those carpets throughout the entire day and sometimes
    for long distances without any assistance at all. I’ve really increased my
    strength. Thanks!

    legs..These chair exercises are perfect and you don’t have your viewers
    over doing it..I feel so invigorated afterwards (my podiatrist recommended
    chair exercises since I can’t put a lot of pressure on my feet)
