  1. I’ve drifted away to a faraway isolated island, where I can appreciate only
my own presence. Listening to it a second time and you can start to doze
off, since it’s so soothing and calming. Now the real challenge, after
watching and listening to these profound words, is to actually get up and
go to make one of those cups of turmeric tea!!!
Nice narration and great video :D

  2. I love watching you in the kitchen…you’re so calm…so I know the food is
good..My mum always says “good food is made when there is peace of mind…”
    you are proof!!!1

    1. +ebby kemunto – Thank you for this lovely comment — it made me really
happy reading it. Your mum definitely knows what she is talking about; I
believe so too, that your food reflects your inner environment. Have a good
      day Ebby 🙂

  3. I have just discovered your channel. You are an amazing cook and I can’t
wait to try some of your recipes, especially roti and bean curry ????????????????

    1. +MeeksLp – It’s great to have you here and thank you for stopping by. I
love and have been cooking since I was a little girl and your compliment
means a lot to me, thank you. Let me know how the recipes you are going to
try turns out and stay tuned for more (✿◠‿◠)

  4. Just wanted to tell you, I’m making turmeric ginger lemon tea now, both for
my beloved husband, and for myself. I find it really refreshing, and right
now, I think it’s acting as a healer. You see, I have a nasty cold/flu
right now; I’ve been drinking the tea (so has he), and I’m starting to feel
better. I thought you might like a tip: my daughter gave me a mandoline
slicer for cooking, & I thought, maybe I can use to slice the turmeric &
ginger. Well, it works like a charm. You can buy them from Amazon.com for
less than $25 (American), & they’re really handy for slicing just about
anything. I sliced both the turmeric & the ginger, almost paper-thin, in
next to no time at all. Look for a “Benriner Japanese Mandoline Slicer”.
You won’t be sorry. Anyway, thank you so much for your lovely quote, AND
    your wonderful tea. Peace.

  5. You sound like a beautiful person; thank you… freedom, that’s just some
people talking. taste lemon, be free… (: x

  6. I feel great now even before making the tea! Thank you. Could i ask one
question though. I had heard that you must add black pepper or a natural
fat before consumption otherwise it will just run out of you without being
able to absorb and taking in all the benefits, is that true?
