  1. Great job. I make it by a knob of it in the blender with some warm water
    and put it in the tea pot. It is a good weight loss aid too.

    helps the body get rid of arthritis.

    1. The skin doesn’t unless it was already loose, the bad part is if you let it
      boil the skin makes it bitter. That is why I let it simmer.

    2. LOL, ok. Can I be honest with you? I am lazy and can’t stand peeling the
      darn thing. I do use a vegetable peeler if I choose to take the skin off. I
      just feel that the nutrients are gone when you do that. I can drink a
      gallon of it a day either hot or cold.

  3. i cut mine and blend it in water, place that in a pot add desired amount of
    water to boil and leave overnight I love ginger so its strong and amazing
    for me but others complain its too strong and burns like pepper

  4. Why should u peal it .. It’s organic wash it well & grat it & boil it for
    about 10 mins with enough water a cup or two & strain it sweeten with a
    little honey .. All the contents is also in skin..
