  1. I agree with you 100%, I have long since incorporated all three in my diet,
    and have seen the benifits of doing this. During the winter months I make
    garlic tea……12 cloves of garlic, 1 in nib of ginger, 4tbls of olive
    leaf powder, 1/2 cp raw honey, 1/2 cp apple cider vinegar, blend in a
    vitamix let sit overnight in fridge, use one tsp per cup of water at 120
    degrees, first thing in the morning before breakfast. Two cups of gyokuro
    imperial green tea per day, eat small meals moderate portions of meat,
    that’s it.

  2. is garlic powder and ginger paste/powder okay?i was surprised to see a
    video of a dr stating that garlic wasn’t good for human consumption. so i
    decided to look for videos that said it was. that’s how i found this video.
    why are people saying that garlic isn’t good?

    1. That’s upon to different people. It does not matter how many cups, but how
      much tea you consume. try to consume 2-5 grams of green tea every day.

  3. I eat RAW garlic ( at leat 1 clove a day) Ginger, every day (Raw) Green
    tea…I will add this to my daily regimen now.

    1. I forgot the apple cider vinegar. I will be adding this to my daily regimen
      starting tomorrow, when I go the the grocery store. Thank you for this

  4. Hi, I have been eating 2 cloves of crushed garlic mixed with olive oil. I
    put it in the mouth, chew a few times and then swallow it.
    However, almost every time I get intense stomach pain directly after
    swallowing! Is this normal? I worry now that the garlic could
    attack the stomach and cause ulcers or bleeding. Any advice?

    1. +sims77321 tomato juice has a lot of salts…use water and olive oil and
      maximum use one clove/day…you kill your good Bactria too…you have to
      take a break in taking garlic

    2. do not eat that much garlic. I think this guy in the video must eat a lot
      regularly, but If i cut up half a large clove thats more than enough. The
      active component in garlic is ACID, and that adds to the acid already
      produced by your stomach, Strangely the acid in lemon, seems to have a
      revere effect though. My advice, use half a clove mixed in to a full meal,
      dont take with something light like tomato juice, thats simply not enough.
      build up from there whilst being careful about your stomach.

    3. Garlic is a blood thinner. If you are already on a blood thinner, or just
      naturally have thin blood, be careful about how much you take. There is a
      blood testing device called Coagucheck, which test how thin or thick the
      blood is. But this device cost a few hundred dollars. So, whether you
      take garlic on an empty stomach, or not, it still acts as a blood thinner.
      My mother started on Warfarin a couple years ago. Learned all this by
      taking care of her. Hope this helps. Check with your doctor about how
      much garlic is enough.

    4. hi, i’m on no blood thinner. my concern is rather than garlic often times
      causes INSTANT stomach pain when I eat it and it’s not diluted enough. this
      is a real downside cause i dont always want to have to mix the garlic in a
      soup. but eating it dry it impossible cause of the pain which i get.

    5. +sims77321 do not eat garlic like that you could give yourself an ulcer,
      its acid. have you tried ginger tea from fresh ginger? its easier on the
      stomach and has great effects.

  5. I really enjoyed this video. I normally take raw garlic and ginger but
    inspite of hearing a great deal about green tea I rarely take it,
    preferring to drink ‘British black tea’ with milk! But the idea of eating
    it is really appreciated! Many thanks I really, really enjoyed this

  7. I have a question.
    Do you crush the garlic first and then let it rest a bit so that the
    allicin can form? Cause the allicin isn’t in the garlic it first needs to
    form during contact with air. This means that eating uncrushed garlic is
    probably not that effective cause then there’s no allicin.

  8. Can i drink and eat the green tea from any brand in room temperature water
    with lemon honey ginger to loose weigth and blood presure

  9. I eat 2 garlic cloves every morning then I drink ginger and lemon green tea
    30 minutes before my breakfast. I know the garlic is very hard to chew the
    first and second time but you will eventually get over it as time goes.
