Health Benefits Of Turmeric Tea And How To Make It.

Isn't it amazing how the health of our family members can trigger us into action! So was the case with this Turmeric tea recipe. My father was recently diagnosed with osteoarthritis, a condition that was causing him a great deal of pain and for a man who was exceptionally active, the pain began to slow him down.

Pain killlers weren't helping, in fact the side effects from the pain killers were worst than the arthritis! So we set about finding him a diet that he could have that would help with his condition and this tea ticked all the boxes. A natural anti-inflammatory and natural pain killer, my Dad is LOVING this tea as its tastes like chai and he uses it as a replacement for coffee and black tea. With many many other health benefits, this tea is an absolute must have for your medicine cupboard.

Ingredients:
3 heaped teaspoons turmeric
1 heaped teaspoon ground cloves
2 teaspoons ground cardamon
2 teaspoons ground ginger

1.5 Lts of 3.5 pints of filtered water
Honey to taste
nut milk optional

  1. Hello everyone! If you have left a comment, and I havent replied to answer
you query I apologise! For some reason that can only be answered by the
google bots ~ I am unable to reply or like certain comments 🙁

From google : If you’re signed in to a channel connected to Google+, and
the buttons for reply, like, and dislike don’t show for a comment, it’s
probably because the comment was posted under the old comment system. While
comments from the old system will show up in the new system, they’re not
fully compatible with the new system, so you won’t be able to take reply to
    or like/dislike those comments.

Why can’t I like, dislike, or reply to some YouTube comments?

In addition, comments made with the new system can be set to have replies
disabled, in which case you won’t be able to reply to them.

    1. Thanks for the video! I’m just wondering since I can’t find cardamon where
I live, will nut meg suffice as a substitute in greats to the health
benefits to this tea? Or is there another substitute for cardamon aside
from nutmeg? I hope to get a reply from you soon. 😀

    2. can you tell me again the ingredients that you put to make the tea so that
i cud follow up as it is.
      thks- vicky

    3. try tumeric milk..all you need is boiled milk and tumeric…tumeric can
also be put on wounds as it heals wounds quite soon

    1. I got rid of turmeric stains by dissolving 4 tablespoons of baking soda in
a cup of water and leaving it to soak. It works well on plastic containers
      too.

    1. My sister was drunk and ate a full bowl of raccoon whiskers once and died
the next day…there were like 25 raccoons that showed up uninvited at her
funeral…they snickered and laughed during the entire eulogy.

  2. Hmm Ill have to try it this way. I usually warm up the coconut milk then
add all the ingredients. But I add a little vanilla and ground peppercorns
or a dash of cayenne pepper because it helps tumeric absorption. Thanks for
    the video.

    1. +kailuabear would probably stay away from this recipe. There isn’t really
      an alternative I’m afraid.

  3. I just made this tea and I really like it. Keeping the benefits, can I
drink it cold or does it have to be warm? I won’t be able to warm it up at
work (it smells a lot & I work in an environment where a strong odor would
    not fly). TIA
