  1. When I first started I was doing 3lbs weights and struggling to get through
    the video. Now it’s 6 months later and I’m using 7-10lbs weights and doing
    it three times through! If I can do it you can do it (lol)… For real
    though this has been a video I always come back too, so thankyou! :)

    1. Do you see a big difference in your arms? Because I have really big arms
      and I’m scared that they are gonna stay like that and just gonna turn into
      muscles and still stay big like that. :/

    2. +Louisa Clark to be completely honest my arms did get a lil muscular I’m
      the bicep area. And with the sleves of my arm was kinda tight but I stoped
      working on that and just focus on my triceps the jiggly part and it works
      great it won’t get big and it tones it

    3. +Louisa Clark Do not worry about “bulking up” on these kind of exercises.
      This exercise will burn fat and make lean muscles in the arms. I too have
      big arms and these types of exercises tone my muscles and get rid of fat &
      flab. When I first started, I could not finish this in the beginning.

    this today, it burned but if you need motivation “it’s only 12 minutes”

  4. The title is extremely misleading, also, 16 million views? I haven’t seen
    one comment actually correcting the title.
    Here’s the thing, you can’t burn fat on a specific area doing
    strength/muscle building exercises – You burn fat by doing cardio. There is
    a huge difference between building muscle and burning fat. The same applies
    to core exercises, your abs won’t show unless you burn the stomach fat,
    covering the ab muscles, and you do that by doing cardio.
    Please, do your own research, people. This girl has no idea what she’s
    talking about.

    1. Bean strength training speeds up your metabolism and who says this isn’t
      for people with low body fat? You’re fucking dumb

    2. Yes, you don’t burn fat by doing strength workouts but strength workouts
      help tone and get rid of fat which is why it’s called a fat burner.
