      small meals a day, not 2-3 feasts.

      basically burn more calories than you consume. You should consume about
      1600 cal a day, but burn more Cal’s than you consume.

      1300 calories that include desserts in 1 day VS 1300 calories combined with
      healthy foods. hahah

  1. Remember guys, even if you couldn’t do any of these steps, just don’t eat
    fast food and unhealthy food, and do some sports, I would suggest to eat
    fast food once very 1 month AT LEAST, and do sport regularly maybe one hour
    but I suggest you to do 2 hours (without making it too hard for you) for
    example, if you walked for 60 minutes it might be better than running for
    30 minutes (THIS IS JUST AN EXAMPLE IT NOT MIGHT BE CORREECT BUT I MADE IT
    EASIER TO UNDERSTAND)

      is to do some belly workouts, and take in less calories.

    detox your body more than it does itself… thumbs down

    1. no but…Another tip is to take a jog in the morning when you haven’t eaten
      breakfast. This is because your body eats the fat in your body, because you
      used all of the food you ate for dinner to keep it sustainable when you’re
      sleeping. But don’t forget to eat afterwards and take a shower. Hope this
