    or how to deal with it, found awesome ways to use it but THIS made me
    happy, my throat has been aching for weeks, ive been sick for so long, this

  2. I like to optimize my food and drinks. In this case I would potentize the
    ginger tea by adding fresh turmeric powder, pepper and coconut oil. The
    last two ingredients enhance the absorption of the curcumenoids in turmeric
    and I suspect the coconut oil would also enhance the absorption of the
    constituents in ginger.

  3. Easy, easy to grow. Just buy at the chinese market. Cut into small knobs
    and let sit until small white knobs form. Then plant
    near the surface in only light sun or shade. Harvest when tops start dying.

  4. Thanks for this delicious and healthy recipe. Here in Brazil, we use ginger
    a lot. It is served with cinnamon, melted sugar, little pieces of apple and
    “pinga” (a brazilian alcoholic beverage). It’s a very hot beverage served
    in some brazilian feasts in June and July.
    But I prefer the tea. :-D
