    doing this twice a day for a month, if you guys want any updates just

      time so i paused after 7 days of workout, and i’m starting again today

    1. It depends. You might want J-hope’s legs, or you you might want Jin’s legs.
      Do what you feel comfortable with 🙂

  4. I did a thigh gap exercise yesterday, and today my legs are hurting, should
    I take a few days rest then continue or just do it again today. Please fast
    replays.

    1. Not a few days, maybe one day. At first, try and push as much as you can to
      do it everyday. If you really can’t, do it every other day

  5. I’m only 13 but I want a flatter stomach and smaller thighs. I’m going to
    do this workout, and an ab workout each twice a day. I’ll update once in a
    while, or whenever somebody asks me to. Good luck everybody!

    1. +Gisselle Pacas i had been doing this workout twice a day, but after about
      a week I got bored with this workout. My mom said that I have shapely
      thighs and might never get a thigh gap so I kinda stopped.

  7. So I’m going to try to do this almost everyday for two weeks. If anyone
    wants updates then I’ll be happy to give them to you :)

    1. +taehyung & chill I did it for a couple of day then stopped but if you
      choose to do it, the soreness (the day after) isn’t bad

    2. +taehyung & chill I did it almost for the entire two weeks, but soccer
      season began so I was pretty sore. But, I still am pretty happy with the
      results. I’m not 100% satisfied yet, but I’m still glad I did this.

    Day 1: I was screaming and telling my screen i hated it while my legs were
    shaking and in the end I was happy! XD

  10. it’s like a month that i’ve been doing this. i’ll do this for a year. i did
    this once a day for two weeks and now i’m doing these exercises three times
    a day for the rest of the year. i saw a little difference 🙂
    i go to swim two times a week and i eat less and healtier than before. i’ll
    keep you updated when i’ll see results :)

  11. I have a mini thigh gap and this workout really improved it. I’ve seen
    results with doing this only three times.
