      To be quite honest,are you sure you should be eating eggs,if you have this
      much difficulty with your mouth.Most of us cut them to size to fit the
      entrance.Or you could mash them and suck the through a straw,dont need to
      open your mouth hardly at all then.

      Well said!! I checked them out,eggs that is.And they have more LDL than HDL
      cholesterol.And your liver is responsible for HDL production in your
      body,so if you take in hDL your liver knows this and doesnt produce as
      much.Plus all the the other goodies in eggs.I eat 36 -48 eggs per
      week,yolks as well.
      I feel great,have lost loads of weight,dont get constipated cos i eat loads
      of fresh veggies in omlettes,tortillas etc.Grow lots of chillies and they
      go in as well.
      Eggs are brilliant!! Pkerkk! Oops,it does have its side effects,i tend to
      cluck without realising it! LOL!

  2. I have read the comments, the pro’s, the con’s and the STUPID! I am
    diabetic. I am going to try this and see what happens. It is only a pickled
    egg. May not help, but it won’t do any harm.

    1. I have had the eggs just cooked in ordinary fashion and had vinegar on a
      salad. My blood sugar does not go up much unless I eat bread with it.

  3. Ok I have not tried this but it is simple enough. You boil an egg in the
    afternoon. When it has naturally cooled down over time later in the evening
    you poke holes in it and soak it in vinegar.

    Anyone that has done any research in medical journals especially ones
    outside of the USA will know that it does not matter what type of vinegar
    you use. Acetic Acid is the main ingredient in all vinegar and all it has
    to be distilled and fermented it is not legal in the USA to make synthetic
    vinegar from man made acetic acid mixed with water. All of the medical
    research on vinegar and blood sugar has used many types of vinegar not just
    Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother. That said some not most have found that
    darker forms of vinegar did modestly improve results in weight loss studies
    with Balsamic vinegar and Japanese Forbidden Vinegar increasing results a
    bit. No study on blood sugar control with vinegar has shown any difference
    from one type to the next.

    If there is one thing I hate it is people that think there is magic in some
    particular type of thing because it is perceived as more natural or more
    organic when in fact it is not. ALL VINEGAR IN THE USA MUST BE FERMENTED
    PRODUCT ie organic and natural. Sometimes things are different and better
    than another but half the time it is B.S. spread by internet experts. Try
    reading some nonfiction material about your health the life you save or the
    life you improve might well be your own!

    Same thing with the EGG it does not matter what the color of the egg is!!!
    Egg color has nothing to do with nutrition profile of the egg it depends on
    the species of chicken that laid the egg. The nutrition profile of the egg
    is dependent on what the farmer feeds the hens not what color the egg is.
    Fed the hens garbage and you get a garbage egg no matter the color. Again
    no magic in the appearance of the egg you can not tell if an egg is healthy
    or not by looking at it. All egg’s are Organic but not all egg’s have the
    same fat and nutrient profile.

    If you look at how long it takes for food to go through your body why not
    just drink the vinegar and eat the egg? LOL The acid in your stomach is far
    stronger than ACETIC acid in the vinegar wonder what it is “proported” to
    do to the egg?? LOL IF you look at how vinegar lowers blood sugar and helps
    to lose fat weight which is scientifically understood I fail to see how it
    can do anything to a dead egg that has been cooked?

    recipe was titled “how to turn a egg into a bouncing ball” and i think it
    had this recipe soaking an egg in vinegar or something like that

  5. What about the cholesterol on the egg? Eating eggs in a week can get your
    cholesterol high and can clog your arteries.
