I did see a definite difference after 2 weeks of doing this. HOWEVER, I will say you can't rely on tea to make you fit. For me, it was more of a guide for a healthier lifestyle. The night time tea was probably a bit part of the tummy flattening considering it is said that we carry excess weight in are intestines, so that helped flush it out. Again, you can't count on tea to make you lose weight, but it is a nice guide to get in to the routine of a healthier way of living.

    1. It doesn’t matter how many crunches you do if there is a layer of fat
      covering your abs. You have to lose the fat first. That means cardio. And
      strength training for the lights and butt. Also some bread is good in
      moderation but what is more important is not eating too much sugar/fruit or
      trans/sat fat and eating lean protein.

    2. That, will probably work for a weight lifter; but not the average woman!
      Bread is not good; unless females, are lifting weight, running track or
      swimming! No bread!!!

  1. I exercise regularly and eat healthy but I had put on about 10lbs from
    hormone changes and stress at a new job. I wanted to lose the 10lbs the
    healthy way, so I have reduced my calories per day and I take this an hour
    before each meal to curb my appetite. It works really well – when I forget

    too but my parents just won’t help me eat healthy and my only problem area
    as in weight is my stomach ive seem many good reviews about this tea so i

    smell it😂😂I love the smell so much idk y lol

    1. Ofc not. The tea alone does nothing, aside from maybe a small psychological
      effect, if you really believe it helps.
      Just eat less calories, than your body burns and you will start loosing
      weight/fat.
