    bashing fat people, a lot of us know you’re desperately trying to help. And

      i was 130kg when i was 17.
      so you may allow me to speak out 😉

      well, i did not lost 50 kg in one year, in the past by that diet but to
      keep a diet almost without fruits and vegetable was no longer accept of my
      body 🙁 my stomach started to make almost daily trouble. my skin is very
      pale, if i do some yoga stuff, i see how it gets red after 20-30s and then
      i know, wow, there is something not so great no mention the left skin after
      10 years. sport is not everything.

      diet is very important. true that our brain is alos very improtant AND the
      posture (pelvice and atlas), what is hugly underestimated in my opinion.

      no i am on a raw fresh vegetable and ripe fruit diet, here i can do it very
      well 🙂 but that still is not good enough.
      i hope to correct my posture. daily pain is not funny what startet a couple
      years ago.

    Idk if you heard, just thought I’d throw it out there!

      and it’s just as ridiculous as it sounds. Anyway towards the end she says
      “I might be delusional, I’m on this raw food diet… life is hard”.
      I think she’s just good at improvising and trolling.

      subscribers like always. She made a workout vlog and then hasn’t made
      another one in a week. So much for consistency. I however am thinking of
      dedicating myself to your diet Freelee, or at least one very similar.

    LONGER HAVE TO TAKE MY 5 MEDICATIONS, IT WORKS!!!!

    1. +Jeff Wykel glad to hear that, it doesn’t mean a high carb vegan diet is
      the most optimal diet, I’d ask you where you are getting b vitamins,
      saturated fats and important acid compounds from meats/dairy… but good
      for you, please explore the medical science that points to th benefits of
      meat and dairy (organic).. Ponder on this, if sugar and chemicals in
      processed food was causing your health issues, then you switch to this diet
      which cuts them out, you get much better, but it could be that a different
      diet is even more optimal for your health. Good job man!

    2. also, taking out meat is a great short term fix, it is necessary to recover
      fro ma lot of issues, but there are some reasons to eat a little…. and
      the whole “western diabetes because of meat” is bullshit, we eat totally
      different carbs and we eat more carbs than rice eaters anyways.

  5. I’m showing this to my doctor because he thinks eating 6 bananas a day will
    make me get diabetes! Wish me luck!!

  6. my mom reversed her diabetes! we didn’t even know it was something that
    happens. doctors told her to restrict her carbs, then she went vegan for
    the animals, and raw till 4 for her health. not knowing it could reverse
    diabetes. then it did!

    vegan but i still believe it’s necessary to get a full diabetes program
    such as David Andrew’s or some few others highly recommended by experts

      diabetes.dvb.me . Anyway, I know it’s really frustrating to be diabetic as
      it affects almost every side of life but all is possible with strong

  8. well I’m gonna try it .I’m a type 2 diabetic I’ve already died once because
    my sugar shot over 1000 ,currently I can only partially walk due to
    diabetic neuropathy brought on by the immense amount of toxic sugar in my
    blood . thank you for this video ,I will literally try anything to get off
    insulin and back on my feet 🙂 I start tomorrow .wish me luck ! thanks

    1. +susu96 , hey susu .currently I’m doing a lot better since I implemented
      heavier cardio I’m not off of the insulin yet but I did cut my intake by
      half ..I’m eating less fruit and more veggies ???????????? losing weight and my
      kidneys are now healthy ! .. eating healthier and changing your lifestyle
      does work. I’m able to stand and walk short distances .so slowly but surely
      I’m getting there ???????????? this change in what I eat really helped me alot ????!

  10. if you guys have diabetes or insulin resistance remember that all these
    studies still recommend limiting potatoes, white rice, and other carbs that
    break down too quickly!!! Don’t eat an entire bowl of potatoes or pasta k?

    1. +Waseem Khan from my understanding, you can eat carbs if there’s a lot of
      fiber to keep your body from digesting it too quickly. See, the reason
      diabetics can’t eat just plain sugar or bread is because it gets broken
      down really quickly and they end up with a lot of sugar in their blood
      resulting in needing more insulin to take up the sugar in their cells.

    2. +Waseem Khan so I guess if you really crave bread than that would be a safe
      snack but check your blood sugar to see if your body can tolerate that just
      to make sure.

  11. not convinced, the vast majority of the evidence she uses is based on a
    vegan diet, not high carb vegan diet. Surely they’d have different effects
    on blood sugars.

  12. thank you for the Info. I am doing a Vegan Challange for 30 Days, and it is
    so much easier for me to do, then any low carb diet, or just eating meat.
    Now I get attacked by my doctor and friends, for still eating Carbs even
    though I am at risk as a Diabeates II. The last test showed that the sugar
    level hast dropped as well as my cholesteral. I am still a litte nervous
    because I do love the Carbs and I am trying out Gold millet, and qunioa and
    it is just so exciting to me. I will tell you , I loved myself some chicken
    now, and after 3 Months of non Meat I do not miss it…….it surprise me
    to.

  14. You speak about type 2, but what about type 1? I’m the second case and I
    really wanted to try your diet/lifestyle or whatever you call it, but
    eating too much carbs means for me to be forced to take too much insuline
    and finaly gain a lot of weight. I’m still struggling about this problem of
    constant weight change, can you help me please?

  17. I have type 2 and I was told to not eat carbs at all and I noticed when I
    don’t eat meat my body starts to feel weak and I get dizzy How can I be
    vegan
