  1. 2008 NEJM reported the 4 components that cause type 1 diabetes:
    1) genetic predisposition
    2) chromium and vanadium deficiencies
    3) Intestinal permeability caused by gliadin (barley, wheat, rye) and
grains (rice, oats, amaranth, buckwheat etc…) and produce sprayed with
    glyphosate (roundup)
    4) Bovine protein from dairy entering the blood stream causing an
auto-immune response where the immune system mistakes your beta cells for
the (foreign antigen) Bovine, collateral damage occurs and your immune
system attacks both Bovine protein and Beta cells.
Address the cause and eliminate it if you want to see reversal of
auto-immune disease. There are over 170 auto-immune diseases today.
Researchers are identifying the antigens that are being mistaken by the
immune system for and organ or tissues in the body resulting in our body
attacking us. Auto-immune 101. Eliminate the cause and disease goes away.
PubMed.gov also links the MMR vaccines to the onset of type 1 diabetes in
infants/babies. There are countless studies that show how dangerous they
are. Go to PubMed.gov or NEJM and read the studies that our government has
listed as factual. This isn’t just an opinion. Do your research because you
won’t hear it on the evening news. big PHARMA has a $300 billion dollar a
year agenda to keep diabetes going. These studies confirm this.

  2. Doesn’t raw kale and cruciferous in general, have a negative impact on
    thyroid activity and thus, metabolism?

    1. Apparently. That’s why iodine is important. Sometimes we get enough from
foods like irish potatoes and seaweed. But if in doubt, iodized salt is
      effective.

  3. *I have really enjoyed this stuff so much [Go Here=== *

]. But I would want to know if diabetes can affect fertility in men and
women. Can secondary infertility be as a result of diabetes? It’s like much
is not mentioned here about that, or is it not relevant. I am 35 male with
a child of 4 years, after I have been diagnosed of type 2 diabetes, I am
yet to have another child. Although my doctor has not linked my diabetes to
infertility, but I would love to know if there is any relationship between
    diabetes and fertility.*

    1. It’s not very often Ive been impressed however watching this certainly
would make anyone say wow but did viewers know about the recent discovery
people all over this planet are seeing improvement I found out about this
from a site check it out just google for Diabetes Crusher Tactic?.

  4. Well, he says 7 cups of vegetables, that is a lot of carbs, that will spike
your sugar levels. So does he mean that your BG will be worse before it
gets better. What am I missing here. LCHF and fasting I thought was the go.

    1. Yes, I wished, that it did work for me. but it really is not about the
sugar, the culprit is the insulin resistance, so by fasting, you are not
pumping so much insulin in, and you are burning the sugar up. Doctors give
you a pill that pumps more insulin in but you need less insulin. it is not
a quick fix. google Jason fung.

    2. When he says 7 cups of veggies he means mostly salad veggies, mostly
greens. He is NOT referring to potatoes, carrots, corn, etc.

  5. *I’ve never been diagnosed of diabetes, but the information from this
    material [Go Here=== **https://www.fb.com/BeHealthiest/app/190322544333196/**
] has made me decide to go for tests. I am 43, a male and living a not too
active life. The last random blood sugar test I had showed my blood sugar
level to be 11 mmol/l. The doctor said it’s still in the normal range but I
need to always be at alert. This is a good book and I’m grateful.*

  6. +Eric Berg said: “My BIG question is this: who told you type 1 is only an
autoimmune system problem? How can you prove that there is no other cause
of type 1 then autoimmune?” — really, sir?

You seem to know a lot, but clearly don’t know enough about Type 1. There
may be multiple parts to what triggers the autoimmune response in Type 1
diabetics — genetics + infection + environment. And some people may be
more prone than others based on family clusters. But, if you are
insinuating that a person’s immune system is not attacking their Beta cell
islets in Type 1, then you really need to watch some other YouTube videos
of the actual attacks. Perhaps search for “TEDxDelMar 2011” — very
    informative.

Also, Type 1 diabetics often have multiple autoimmune diseases. The
diminished insulin production is just one harsh facet of autoimmunity —
    psoriasis, Chron’s, celiac, rheumatoid arthritis, Sjogren’s, Hashimoto’s,
Addison’s, ankylosing spondylitis, etc., are all possible conditions that a
Type 1 diabetic might be subject to.

Type 2 diabetics have pancreatic burn-out from an an overabundant
production of insulin as compensation for insulin resistance — not from
their immune system attacking their insulin producing cells. Ask what you
like, but throwing doubt on observed and documented science is not helping
    anyone.

    1. Good! After my many useless experiences with doctors (at least the ones
I’ve gone to) I don’t have much faith in them anymore. After years of
trying to find out what was wrong with me and going to all sorts of
expensive doctors (cost me about $18,000 with no results) and specialist it
was a nurse at a $15 clinic that figured out what was wrong with me.

  7. Wow! Thanks Dr Eric. At least I was right from the beginning in that there
is something wrong with my liver and you were right that blood tests do not
always show when there is a problem. I have stopped using glucophage as it
causes me to be nauseas and not feel good the whole day. My mom died
because of diabetes and her father lost both legs because of diabetes. I
have brought my blood sugar level down by just cutting out as much sugar as
possible. But I am still worried about my liver. I love quality coffee very
much. I have my regular garlic and ginger drinks and also Buchu Tea and
green tea. I also use Oolan Tea which helps a lot. I am very fond of my
veggies and love raw vegies. I struggle with too much meat protein as it
causes problems for my kidneys. Sometimes I have a very severe and
excessive craving for pawpaws, and even so for other fruits. I cannot dare
to eat tomatoes or oranges. Why I do not know. I did do a liver detox, but
nearly ended in hospital. Five galstones came out as big as marbles. But
this was a terrible experience. Now after the liver detox I have an
excessive bile discharge. I have to visit the toilet frequently to clean
    myself. I was just wondering!!!!!
Thanks for your video. I really needed this. Blessings & Reards

  8. Who eats seven cups of veggies God this is giving me an anxiety issue Going
to grocery store now. I guess I can juice em.
