  1. This was so, so, so informative for me as I am a critical type 2 diabetic,
    I’m studying to learn all I can about converting to a healthier lifestyle
    with natural foods and meds. I’m on a boat load of meds because my diabetes
    is so out of control. I know there is a better way and this video has been
    very helpful tool in my learning process for converting to a healthier
    organic way of fueling, restoring and sustaining my body to a healthier

    Your video is very helpful for me to educate my patients in the future and
    also valuable for myself. I agree with your point to have more organic
    foods in our diet however it is very expensive at my place. I’m sure most
    of my patients won’t afford it. By the way thank you very much :)

    1. Hello you can also try 4 teaspoons of cinnamon a day for diabetes. You can
      mix it with a smoothie. And also a teaspoon of vinegar apple cider vinegar.
      Believe me it helps

      Could I cook it with food or pour it over the salad.

  3. All the comments seem to be about a slick marketing site on the internet
    and they can comment but you and I cannot comment back. They are selling
    books. I don’t get quite what the books has to do with diabetes.

  4. I eat alot of cheese and drink lots of milk they say that is ok but
    sometimes it affects my blood readings so I am very careful now 

    1. Hi David! Yes, it depends on the product. I failed to clarify I only mean
      the ones with most fat and protein and low carbs in them without added
      sugar and flavors etc.

  5. You should never get rid of all carbs just the simple carbs that process
    quickly and choose more complex carbs that take a longer time to break
    down.

      Simple carbohydrates are sugars. All simple carbohydrates are made of just
      one or two sugar molecules. They are the quickest source of energy, as they
      are very rapidly digested.
      Example of a simple carb Orange Juice.
      Orange juice while good for quickly raising a low bloodsugar level are not
      good for sustaining a normal bloodsugar level.
      Complex carbs Like Whole grain Breads will sustain a higher bloodsuagar
      level for a longer period of time because your body has to work harder to
      break down the sugars.

  6. As a nutritionist & diabetic Educator, I too recommend these in my diet
    plan, but along with it always remain in your quota,have small and frequent
    meals,& exercises will definitely help to control weight.

    I want to have a proven foods to eat that wont harm me more being a
