  5. You AWESOME man! Thank you so much for spreading the word about what nature
gave us to thrive with health!! <3 I just discovered you, will watch all of
your videos! 😀 and hey, I can agree on all you say! I am raw-vegan (with
exceptions, I am not a fanatic) and make different sports… with this
nutrition I can go for hours and still have energy left! 😀 I love ginger

channel. I have new videos out every week!

  6. You mentioned boiling the ginger for 30 min. for making tea? I’ve been
making a ginger tea for a while with minced ginger but only steeping it in
hot water for about 5 minutes like tea. Could I get more bang for my buck
by boiling it like you say? Would thatdestroy any of the important
    nutrients in the ginger?

    1. I do the same thing, I grate ginger and add it to my yerba mate and rooibos
all day long. I feel like steeping it for 5 min as a tea is perfect, and
that boiling it for 30 might be over kill.

  7. Good stuff! Thanks for the info. I just started carrying ginger on my herb
site, and have been scouring the net to find any new information that may
    help me know it better.
I saw your other video on cinnamon, well done.
    Thanks for supporting knowledge!

    1. yes, just peel it. you can use it for tea and eat a small amount without
any other substances too, just check how much is safe to eat at once

  8. I started to get a bad cold with lots of mucous and i had nothing to take
for it until i saw my ginger root and i ate about 5 inches of it (over a
few hours)with dates and apple to sweeten it up .I did that for a few days
and my symptoms and my cold disappeared!!!

  9. can you tell me how we can reduce puffy eyes and lips swelling.(it remains
throughout the time except during excercise .)
